Productive Workspace for College Students 2020 | Minimalist Productivity

Hello, friends welcome back to the channel. It's good to be back again after a few months of break. If you're new here my name is Ace Apolonio and I'm a university student studying Chemical Engineering in Seoul, South Korea. I do productivity videos for students which also applies for young adults. In this video I'm going to share my simple desk setup specific but not limited to college students.

As a college student it is imperative to have an organized sets of goals, good habits, and a clean workspace.

Imagine a workspace where everything in it is necessary; every device and tool, every drawer and every corner. This, I think, is an essential beginning for a productive lifestyle.

Before this setup I've had quite of a ride with experimenting with my desk. The first ones were actually embarrassing. I slowly realized that I've been keeping unnecessary things on top of my desk.

Upon realizing that, I decided to delve into the idea of minimalism and started my search for a productive yet minimal workspace idea. And here's how I applied it.

First, let's talk about the desk I am using. This is actually a desk originally placed here by my landlord. Its original color was brown. The same color as this shelf. But I realized I wanted to have a cleaner and uniform look so I decided to buy a huge black wall sticker on a local online shop here in Korea. Then, I covered the top with it which resulted to this look.

Next, I put my previously owned desk items like this non-branded charging station for Airpods, Apple Watch, and iPhone. I like this charging station because it charges three of my devices all at once in an organized and aesthetic look.
